Kikiya Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Kikiya platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using Kikiya, you agree to everything set out below.

You Must Be 18 or Older

One Account Per Person

Each player is allowed one Kikiya account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. Your account is personal — you cannot share it with or transfer it to another person.

Withdrawals Require Verification

01Introduction

Welcome to Kikiya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kikiya platform, including the website at kikiya.live, the Kikiya mobile application, and all games, betting markets, and services offered through the platform. By registering an account or using any part of the Kikiya platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Kikiya is operated by Kikiya Entertainment Ltd ("Kikiya", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Kikiya. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Kikiya platform.

Important: These Terms apply to all Kikiya players, including those who registered before this version was published. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current Terms at all times.

Kikiya reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The most current version of the Terms is always available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically and stay informed of any updates.

02Eligibility

To register and use the Kikiya platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age. Kikiya does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
  • You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not register as players.
  • You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Kikiya or any of its affiliated companies.
  • You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be self-excluded from Kikiya or any other gambling platform under a self-exclusion agreement that covers Kikiya.

Age verification: Kikiya takes underage gambling seriously. We may request proof of age at any point during your use of the platform. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account will be suspended until verification is complete.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If your circumstances change and you no longer meet these requirements, you must stop using the Kikiya platform immediately and contact our support team.

03Account Registration

3.1 Creating Your Account

To use Kikiya's betting and gaming services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one Kikiya account. If we detect that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — we reserve the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kikiya login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Kikiya will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Kikiya is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

KYC Verification: Kikiya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Before processing your first withdrawal, we will ask you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. This is a regulatory requirement and applies to all players without exception.

3.4 Account Information Updates

If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly. Kikiya is not responsible for failed communications or payment issues resulting from outdated account information.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Kikiya currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods supported on the platform. Kikiya does not accept cash deposits, bank transfers, or payments via third-party agents. All transactions must be made directly from a payment account registered in your own name.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are credited to your Kikiya account in real time under normal circumstances. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number. Kikiya does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within an average of three minutes for verified accounts. Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Kikiya reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if we have reason to believe the funds may be connected to fraudulent activity.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 200
  • Maximum single withdrawal: BDT 500,000
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit
  • Kikiya does not charge withdrawal fees

Third-party payments: Kikiya will only process withdrawals to accounts registered in your own name. Payments to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined. Any attempt to use third-party payment accounts may result in account suspension.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the Kikiya platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Kikiya does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the player.

05Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Kikiya offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Current Offers page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms on the Current Offers page, the specific terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by Kikiya are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each bonus are stated clearly on the Current Offers page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Kikiya monitors all bonus activity on the platform. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension:

  • Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
  • Using bonus funds in a way that is designed to exploit the wagering requirement rather than engage in genuine play
  • Coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
  • Providing false information to qualify for a bonus

One welcome bonus per player: The Kikiya welcome bonus is available to new players only and can be claimed once per person, household, device, and IP address. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once will result in the bonus being voided.

5.4 Bonus Modifications

Kikiya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses that have already been credited to player accounts, provided the player has not yet breached the applicable bonus terms.

06Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the Kikiya platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and any other details are correct before confirming. Kikiya does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in circumstances where Kikiya determines that a bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or obvious pricing error.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets on Kikiya. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. Kikiya reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by Kikiya in the following circumstances:

  • The event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled
  • The bet was accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error
  • The outcome of the event is determined to have been manipulated
  • Kikiya determines that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms

When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to your Kikiya account balance. Void bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

6.4 Results and Settlements

Kikiya settles all betting markets based on official results from recognised governing bodies. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, Kikiya's decision is final. Settlement times vary by sport and market type. Cricket markets are typically settled within 30 minutes of the official result being confirmed.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kikiya platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the platform's security
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
  • Placing bets on events where you have inside information not available to the general public
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Kikiya staff or other players
  • Registering an account on behalf of another person
  • Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions

Match fixing and integrity: Kikiya takes sports integrity extremely seriously. Any player found to be involved in match fixing or the manipulation of sporting events will have their account permanently closed and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority and law enforcement agencies.

08Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by Kikiya

Kikiya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reason to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, or if we are required to do so for legal or regulatory reasons. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, Kikiya may freeze account balances pending investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Kikiya account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending bets will be settled according to their normal terms. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. Kikiya may apply a monthly dormancy fee of BDT 100 to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact our support team.

09Responsible Gaming

Kikiya is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available in your account settings and take effect immediately when activated.

Self-exclusion: If you choose to self-exclude from Kikiya, your account will be closed immediately and you will not be permitted to register a new account for the duration of your exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the chosen period.

10Privacy and Data

Kikiya collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at kikiya.live/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Kikiya does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only where required for payment processing, identity verification, or legal compliance.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Kikiya platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game graphics, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of Kikiya Entertainment Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Kikiya content without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of Kikiya's intellectual property may result in legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kikiya's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Kikiya is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
  • Indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind
  • Service interruptions caused by events outside Kikiya's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government
  • Losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure

Nothing in these Terms limits Kikiya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kikiya Entertainment Ltd is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
